Recommendations are the most powerful form of marketing, so we want to give our clients a positive experience to talk about. You can do it too. Provide amazing service, build a rapport and respond to complaints quickly and honestly and you'll be sure to make your customers your biggest advocates. Whether it’s a review on Google, sharing a link on Facebook or Twitter, or offering a reward for successful referrals, ask customers for reviews and make it easy for them to share their experience. Personal referrals are gold so don't be shy about asking for them.
If you want to drive lots of positive referrals to your business you need to do only FIVE things:
1. Show up on time
2. Do what you say you will do
3. Finish what you start
4. Say “Please” and “Thank You”
5. Give a little more than expected
When you consistently do these five things for every customer, every time…you would need to invest in a dump truck to bring your cash deposits to the bank.
