I’ve made it my mission to be respectful of my co - workers, my customers and my community. I like knowing that I can proudly stand behind my work and my statements.

 

People like to be heard, and know their ideas and thoughts are being taken into consideration. In fact, that’s a key element of collaboration. I try to ensure that I am listening (truly listening) to those I collaborate with and that I make changes when it makes sense, based on their feedback.
