Integrity

 

I will share the inner workings of my business - both the good and the bad - openly. I will take responsibility for my mistakes and will do what I can to rectify them. I will represent myself and my intentions honestly to my clients.

 

My goal is to be as open and honest as possible, without causing any harm. I will be myself, even if that means being occasionally silly. Sometimes I am a little less than perfect but always able to pull everything together, to make it all happen no matter how challenging the circumstances. There is a difference between telling the truth and being transparent. Transparency is about telling the truth before you’re asked and divulging all the important information along the way.
